Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

• The product is defective on arrival

• The wrong product was delivered

• The product is damaged during shipping

The following are not eligible for return:

• Heavily used or partially assembled kits

• Products damaged due to misuse or incorrect handling

• Custom-built or customized products

• Software, code, or digital files

Reporting an Issue

• Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

• Share photos/videos clearly showing the problem

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

• Refunds usually take 5–7 business days

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the issue is from our side
